Volkswagen has disclosed the facelift of beetle will come to India. The car, which is manufactured in Mexico, will most likely be propelled in the fourth quarter of 2017.
Volkswagen has figured out how to offer 175 units of the Beetle since its dispatch in India till the 31st October 2016 and this is by all accounts a promising begin.

In the engine, it is expected to have the same 1.4-litre TSI petrol engine which delivers 147bhp with a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox.
The Beetle will take the CBU route to India and will rival the likes of the MINI Cooper, the Mercedes A-Class, the BMW 1-Series and the Fiat 500 Abarth.
The facelift of the Beetle will be uncovered in the first half of 2017. There are two all the more enormous dispatches coming their way from the Volkswagen stable - the new Passat and the Tiguan. So, Beetle will make their way to India next year.
The Passat GTE which will be the organization’s first hybrid car in India and the Tiguan where VW will target the SUV segment in India.
The Tiguan is a fundamental car for Volkswagen as even Skoda will join the SUV party with the Kodiaq soon.
