The company plans to expand this facility to other cities as the sales increase. The scooter does not require any riding license or RTO registration to be ridden around or owned. This, in turn, is good news for youngsters who do not fulfil the minimum age limit to apply for driver’s license and also for senior citizens since the Flash is quite the accessible scooter.
