It's RAINING experimental

Neenillada Male marks one such subject which comes with a social cause revolving around the disturbing life of students studying abroad. Janardhan plays the lead and directs it with Valeri, an NRI who essays the female lead. The film is set to release on January 12.

LEKHA’S SARKAR

Though she is presently pursuing her graduation, she portrays the role of a doctor in her next venture — Sarkar directed by Preetham. Lekha Chandra who has been busy with the shooting of Mr LLB, Sanjeeva and Sarkar is excited with the release of back-to-back films this year.

NIRUP’S directing stint

After Ninasam Satish, Sruthi Hariharan, and Rachitha Ram who turned producer, the Rangitaranga fame actor Nirup Bhandari awaits the release of Rajaratha on January 25. He has shown interest in producing a few interesting short films as well, and is also busy with the yet-to-be-titled project of Rockline Venkatesh, which stars Radhika Pandit in the lead.

YOGARAJ’s LATEST HERO

The trained dancer from the School of Shaimak Davar, Vihaan, has become the latest hero of the acclaimed director, producer and lyricist Yogaraj Bhat’s sixth venture. The handsome Malnad lad with a degree in business administration, also has another project in his pocket titled Nanna Prakara opposite Mayuri.
