Rajiv Gruhakalpa Colony has become a hub for pigs and snakes

Nellore: Demanding relief measures, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders staged a protest with residents of inundated Rajiv Gruhakalpa Colony on Friday. The colony is without power and water for the last three days, said BJP senior leader Sannapareddy Suresh Reddy. Nellore municipal commissioner P.V.V.S. Murthy rushed to the spot and assured to address the issues. He also spoke to APSPDCL superintendent Nagasayana Rao to restore power to the colony. Police detained Suresh Reddy and other leaders when they continued their protest blocking Jonnawada road demanding relief to the colony residents.
