Fed up by the shortage of sperm donors in their country, a same sex couple in New Zealand have taken on to Facebook in their quest to find the ideal candidate. Ashleigh Habgood, 28, and Alley Williams, 29, posted their announcement on social media this week.
In a detailed post, they listed down the requirements they were looking for in their prospective sperm donor. Their conditions ranged from the guy having a ‘kind heart’, a clear medical history and being below 45 years of age. The couple also made clear that they were not looking for a father for their child, just a ‘kind man who gave us some sperm’.
Interestingly, the women said that they would prefer the man to be black. They even added that owning a kids clothing label would be a bonus.
