Exclusive: Siddharth Anand denies signing Shahid Kapoor for his next

Director clears the air on the rumors of his next directorial
Mumbai: Started his career with directing romantic tales, Siddharth Anand failed to impress the audience with his last high octane action flick Bang Bang. As per the industry buzz, Siddharth has approached Shahid Kapoor for his next action film titled ‘Ab To Forever’ slated to release in 2016.
If reports were to be believed, Siddharth had considered Shahid for Bang Bang but it didn’t work out. Looks like Siddharth want to fulfill his prolonged wish by signing him for ‘Ab To Forever’.
When contacted Siddharth, he clarifies, “I haven’t approach Shahid for my next film. I am currently writing my next but it’s not titled as Ab To Forever.”
Shahid Kapoor is currently busy on a promotional spree of his next rom-com ‘Shaandaar’ alongside Alia Bhatt. The actor also has ‘Rangoon’, ‘Farzi’ and ‘Udta Punjab’ in his kitty.
