Umang Jain is the latest entrant in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as Naksh’s love interest, Tara. Telling us that Tara isn’t your typical leading lady, Umang says, “Tara is a hockey player. Having been raised in a family of men, she is rough on the exterior but is actually very caring. She is upfront, independent and confident. Her first meeting with Naksh is funny as she mistakes him to be someone else. That’s how their love story starts.”
Excited about the shoot in Hong Kong, she adds, “The most exciting part is that the entire Hong Kong track is based on Tara and Naksh’s love angle. It’s an all-new experience for me, as my character will be shown going there for a hockey tournament. I am really kicked about my track and can’t wait to board the flight to Hong Kong. Naksh will follow Tara all the way to Hong Kong. Naksh will do a lot of crazy things and it’ll be a treat for the audience.”
