Last month, we informed you about Amitabh Bachchan heading back to TV with a show which will depict the stories of common people who have accomplished extraordinary things. And now the superstar and Star Plus have confirmed the news in a statement.
Amitabh, who previously hosted Kaun Banega Crorepati on the same channel, said, “I was always looking to associate with the channel. However I was keen that we come together for a show that carries forward the legacy. When I heard about Aaj Ki Raat Hai Zindagi, I instantly connected with it.
“I genuinely believe that the media is a powerful vehicle to inspire change. What I love about this upcoming show is that it is thoroughly entertaining, and has its heart in the right place. I am really looking forward to it.”
