Says actress and Sooraj Pancholi’s mother

Proud parents Zarina and Aditya Pancholi tell us that they couldn’t have asked for a better launch for their son Sooraj. “He (Sooraj) has gone through a lot. To see him up there on screen giving a confident performance was too much for me to bear. I am an actress and a mother so I gauged his performance on two different levels and saw him emerge as a winner,” said Zarina. Both the parents drove down to Karjat’s ND studio for a special screening during the week.
An emotional Aditya added, “I’ve never seen a debut like this ever in my life, and I am not saying this because Sooraj is my son. In all fairness I’ve never seen anything like this before. It was a very emotional moment for Zarina and me to watch our son on the big screen for the first time.” He attributes it all to Salman Khan. “Salman was a blessing to Sooraj. Our boy could not have hoped for a better launch,” says Aditya, who plans to buy tickets for all his friends and staff over the weekend to watch Hero together.
