Watch: Novak Djokovic dances ‘Gangnam Style’ on court with fan in New York

Serbian ace was also presented with a matching 'I Love NY' T-shirt

New York: Novak Djokovic strolled into the US Open third round on Wednesday with a 90-minute demolition of Andreas Haider-Maurer that even had Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx on his feet.

The world number one and 2011 champion, who is bidding to reach the final for the sixth time, eased to a 6-4, 6-1, 6-2 win over the 52nd-ranked Austrian. It was the second match in succession that Djokovic had not faced a break point. Serb top seed Djokovic, already with the Australian Open and Wimbledon titles under his belt this year, goes on to face Italian veteran Andreas Seppi for a place in the last-16.

Djokovic holds a 10-0 career lead over Seppi, the 25th seed. But what stole the show on the Arthur Ashe court was his dancing performance with a burly fan who presented the player with a matching 'I Love NY' T-shirt.

The fan is known to US crowds for his eccentric moves, and reportedly Djokovic explained in the post-match interview that he's seen the fan at his matches for a number of years. The Serb described him as "phenomenal" and "a true entertainer".

Dancing is not new to the Serbian ace. After winning the Wimbledon crown this year, Djokovic and women’s champ Serena Williams, who’s searching for a calendar slam in the last Grand Slam of the year, busted a move at the Wimbledon’s annual champions' dinner, dancing together to "Night Fever," the Bee Gees' disco hit from the 1977 movie "Saturday Night Fever" that starred John Travolta.
