Its ranking has improved from last year

The next time you want to visit a place that not just looks good but also has friendly locals to help you out then go for Sydney. The Australian city has been ranked by travel magazine Conde Nast as the friendliest city for tourists.
Its Australian counterpart Melbourne won the title last year, with Sydney in the fifth place. But obviously, Sydney folks have gotten a lot better from last year! Dublin bagged the second place in the list.
However, the magazine also released the list of the least friendly cities in the world. The Venezuelan city of Caracas got that title. Unfortunately the Indian capital city of New Delhi came in the sixth place in the list.
