Anand Tiffins fined by GHMC

Meanwhile the owner of Anand Tiffins has said that all sanitation standards are being followed

Hyderabad: The Sarojini Devi Road outlet of Anand Tiffins was fined on Monday by GHMC North zone food officials for lack of sanitation. The officials inspected many food outlets on Monday, terming it as a routine check.

“Sanitation was not up to the standard when we inspected Anand Tiffins and the food outlet has been fined,” confirmed the food inspector, North zone. Meanwhile the owner of Anand Tiffins has said that all sanitation standards are being followed.

While GHMC zonal commissioners have asked the Health and Sanitation wing officials to keep a tab on sanitation at food outlets, commercial garbage is also being inspected.

North Zone commissioner Ms Hari Chandana Dasari said, “No major violation was found at Anand Tiffins, Secunderabad. The check was routine. Officials are mainly asked to check if food outlets are littering the place; all commercial centers should dispose waste through bulk garbage trucks, anyone found violating will be heavy fined.”
