Ram Charan is in a quandary. His next Telugu film is ready for release but there is no title for the film. “We are at the moment calling it RC9, short for ‘Ram Charan’s 9th film’. But how long can we continue calling it that?” Even the trailer which was released on Ram’s father Chiranjeevi’s birthday, was released without a title,” says a source.
Sighs Ram Charan, “We can’t go on calling it RC9 for long. We have to find a title soon.” The action-packed film directed by Srinu Vaitla shows Ram Charan in full-on action mode, so much so that we barely get a glimpse of his leading lady, Rakul Preet Singh.
The film also brings Ram Charan together with his legendary dad Chiranjeevi. Reveals Ram Charan, “Unfortunately we do not have any scenes together. Talking about how Rajamouli’s Baahubali has changed the face of the Telugu film industry, Ram says, “It has upped the market value of Telugu cinema by 30 to 40 per cent. Production value has gone up in Telugu cinema. The film that I am producing with my father in the lead will be made at a huge scale.
