Many users and reviewers have pointed out a design flaw in the current Samsung stylus

Samsung is facing a lot of criticism for its brand new Galaxy Note 5’s stylus, S Pen. Many Note 5 users have complained that they have damaged their smartphones using the stylus and they are blaming Samsung for it.
Unlike the earlier ones, the current S Pen has a symmetric shape all over, which confuses the user and they end up putting it in the other way round. The incorrect insertion of the stylus in turn leads to a broken stylus detection.
A lot of users and reviewers are calling it a design flaw. However, some are also calling it carelessness on the part of the users.
