London: In a new video footage, ISIS fighter Jihadi John, made famous through brutal beheading videos, has vowed to return to Britain, and continue 'cutting heads'.
This is believed to be the first time the terrorist, who's real name is Mohammed Emwazi, is filmed unmasked, reports in Daily Mail said.
In the video, he is clearly heard saying in a British accent, ‘I will carry on cutting heads,’ following which he is heard promising a triumphant return to Britain with the ISIS's self styled leader Abu Bakhr al-Baghdadi. He is responsible for beheading at least seven people in cold blood.
The man in the clip was confirmed to be Jihadi John on private analysis by the media house. The video was received in Viber by a member of the rebel Free Syrian Army from Aleppo, and was later passed on.
There were reports last month that Mohammed Emwazi had fled with IS to Libya and that he was on the run from his fellow fighters, who wanted him dead, but the new video contradicts these reports. He was also reported to have narrowly escaped death when he attending a summit of the group’s leaders in an Iraqi town close to the Syrian border.
Emwazi has a £6 million bounty placed on his head by the US.
