New Delhi/Islamabad: India’s list of ‘’most wanted’’ fugitives hiding in Pakistan has swelled with NSA Ajit Doval all set to hand over a fresh dossier to his Pakistani counterpart, Sartaj Aziz, during the NSA-level talks next week to prove Pakistan’s complicity in allowing its soil to be used to shelter terrorists, criminals and anti-India activities.
A fresh list of more than 60 most wanted fugitives is being compiled by the national security council secretariat after being vetted by agencies like the CBI, IB, NIA and senior home ministry officials. The list includes terrorists, criminals, leaders of insurgent groups who are learnt to be taking shelter in Pakistan.
For New Delhi, the increase in the number, from 50 fugitives shared previously in bilateral forums during the UPA regime, comes as a clear proof of Islamabad’s continued tacit support to anti-India activities.

New Delhi is also armed with fresh evidence like latest videos of JuD chief and Lashkar founder Hafiz Sayeed being played to motivate terrorists, GPS markings of the Gurdaspur terrorists, details of nearly 40 terror training camps active across the border and repeated ceasefire violations at the Line of Control and International Border to build pressure on Islamabad to ‘act against terror emanating from Pakistani soil’.
This time, New Delhi is also all set to tighten the screws on Islamabad by providing detailed addresses, exact locations, which cannot be refuted by Pakistani agencies easily. The slow pace of trial in 26/11 case in Pakistan where all prime accused, including LeT commander Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, are roaming freely will be raised strongly by New Delhi.
A dossier war is expected to take place with Mr Doval’s counterpart, Sartaj Aziz, preparing to confront New Delhi with alleged terror activities emanating from Indian soil keeping the Balochistan insurgency as the reference point. Sources said India will not allow Pakistan to use Balochistan or Afghanistan to put spotlight on it, but is well prepared to trash such claims.
