This year has been fruitful for Nithya Menen. After bagging a plump role in Suriya’s 24, being directed by Vikram Kumar of Yaavarum Nalam fame, we hear that the actress has now signed a Tamil-Kannada bilingual Kotigobba 2, to be directed by KS Ravikumar.
This will be the her fifth film in Kannada. We also hear one of the reasons of the actress for having signed the project is because of the camardiere she shares with actor Sudeep.
The film will have music by Imman and will go on floors, soon. The rest of the cast and crew is yet to be finalised.
Currently, the actress has joined the shooting of Suriya’s film in Mumbai. Samantha is also one of heroines for the film. Interestingly, Samantha and Nithya have shared screen space earlier in a Telugu film and both the actresses have worked with Vikram too in Tollywood.
