Katrina Kaif likely to inaugurate Subhash Singh's make up academy

Earlier this year, when Katrina Kaif fired Subhash Singh, her make-up artist of 10 years, for not reporting on time, many deemed her action “unreasonable”. It happened on the sets of Jagga Jasoos. Reportedly, he was on an assignment in Mauritius and due to bad weather, he could not make it on time. Both of them lost their temper and the incident took an ugly turn. More than six months have passed since and now it appears that the episode is well buried in the past.
We have just learnt that Subhash and Katrina are back on talking terms. On Katrina’s birthday (July 16), Subhash called to wish her.
“She was in London at that time and we spoke at length. She said that we are like a family and that she misses me being around. After all, we have worked together for over a decade. I am happy that we spoke,” he says.
Subhash Singh is now starting his own make-up academy and he has requested Katrina Kaif to inaugurate it. “Right now renovations are going on and we’ll be ready to go next month. I have already asked Katrina to inaugurate it. We are just waiting for her final dates.”
He has also been Juhi Chawla’s make-up man for over 18 years. He recently turned producer with Chalk and Duster that stars Juhi, Shabana Azmi, Divya Dutta and Anupam Kher. Let’s see if Katrina Kaif accepts Subhash’s request.
