Kangana Ranaut to go gujju in her next

Kangana Ranaut appears to have become a master of personality makeovers on screen.

After the spectacular characterisations in Queen and Tanu Weds Manu Returns where she played diametrically opposite personalities with great ease, the actress is preparing to stun audiences once again in her next, Hansal Mehta’s Simran.

After a heavy Delhi and Haryanvi accent in her last two films, now Kangana will be speaking in a thick Gujarati accent.

Confirming the news, Hansal says, “Yes, Kangana plays a real-life Gujarati character in Simran. Being a Gujarati, I will be guiding her through the character’s speech pattern, not that Kangana needs any pointers. She just needs to be given her character and she takes off.”
