Adnan Sami who has never sung a qawali number, did it out of love for Salman Khan

The extremely talented singer Adnan Sami has not just sung a song for 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', but also features in the video. The song titled 'Bhardo jholi meri' has been shot inside the Aishmuqam Dargah, considered one of the famous dargahs of Kashmir. One needs to climb 560 steps before you can enter the shrine which is located about 40 minutes away from Pahalgam. This is the first time a film has been granted the permission to shoot inside the premises, and Kabir Khan has pulled it off beautifully.

The song inspired from a very old traditional qawali has been penned by Kausar Munir. While shooting for the song, the entire crew was left teary eyed. Adnan took it up as a challenge as he has never sung qawali number. He did it out of love for Salman Khan. And when the song was finally shot, it was nothing short of a spectacle.

Here's what went into the making of the soulful number.
