Kapil Sibal says Hyderabad High Court bail order erroneous

Revanth Reddy was arrested on May 31 while paying a bribe of Rs 50 lakh to nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson
Hyderabad: Senior advocate Kapil Sibal, who argued for the ACB, said there was a clear error in the High Court judgement and the chain of the flow of money used in the case was still being probed.
“This is a clear case of corruption caught red-handed. Other persons involved in this are yet to be identified. The MLA involved is obviously influential. The call data record is yet to come out,” he argued.
Senior advocate Ram Jethmalani argued for Mr Revanth Reddy, Bishop Harry Sebastian and Mr Uday Simha. Earlier, the Hyderabad HC had granted bail to the three accused in the case after the ACB special court had shot down their bail application.
