Chennai: It was reported earlier that Vikram will team up with one-film old director Amid, who debuted with the hit film Rajathanthiram. It was also said that Ghibran, who is on a roll with few promising flicks in his kitty, will compose music for the movie.
The latest we hear is that Vikram will be seen essaying a cop in this fast-paced thriller. It has been a while since the actor has donned khakhi. The last time he was seen in a police uniform was in Hari’s 2003-release Saamy, the film which catapulted the versatile actor to stardom. Meanwhile, a source says that the makers are clueless about how details pertaining to the film are being leaked. The source adds that the makers will come up with an official announcement on the shooting date of the movie, its cast and other details in a week’s time.
