Hyderabad: Two cops were injured on Saturday when one of the vehicle of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's convoy allegedly hit a police vehicle that was to be part of the escort party in Nalgonda district of the state, police said.
The incident occurred at around 10.15 AM near Kondamadagu village of the district when the police vehicle was about to join the convoy from the tail end when one of the CM's convoy vehicle, which was in high speed hit it from rear side resulting in injuries to two constables, Bhongir Rural Circle Inspector Tirupati said. The constables are attached to Armed Reserve.

"Both the constables who suffered injuries, were hospitalised and are out of danger," the Inspector said.
The Chief Minister was returning to Hyderabad after attending an event in Yadgirigutta in Nalgonda.
