Mumbai: After creating a storm in Chandigarh, the Mehra family along with director Zoya Akthar headed to the capital for the promotions of their film ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’. The cast including Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akthar, Anushka Sharma and Shefali Shah were in Delhi as a part of their multi-city tour before the release of their film.
Before visiting Delhi the team was in Chandigarh. As reported early Farhan got his co-stars to visit the legendary former track and field sprinter Milkha Singh. Singh welcomed the actors at his residence in Chandigarh. Farhan and the athlete grew very close after the former portrayed the latter on screen in the biopic 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag'.
Priyanka Chopra also confessed that she had a total fan girl moment when she met Singh, and posted a picture with the athlete and an autographed he signed for her.
Last week the team was in Dubai, where they kicked off their multi-city tour, after which they headed to Ahmedabad.
The team has already arrived in the city and posted several pictures on their social media pages. The film will release on June 5.
