Mumbai: Sonam Kapoor was recently in for a pleasant surprise, when Aamir Khan dropped by on the sets of 'Neerja'. Aamir extensively spoke to director Ram Madhvani, and also wished Sonam luck, as the two spoke at length about the film. Several blurry pictures of the two have surfaced on social networking sites.
The picture has Aamir holding a clapboard and posing with Sonam who is in character for the film. While another picture has the entire team posing for with the perfectionist. We wonder if they will be sharing screen space in the film. Several days ago, Vidya Balan too visited the sets to meet the crew.
In 'Neerja', Sonam plays the brave PanAm flight attendant Neerja Bhanot who sacrificed her life trying to protect the passengers when her flight was hijacked by terrorists. Neerja was only 22 years when she lost her life in the incident which occurred on 5th September 1986.
