Coal Scam: Dasari Rao, Naveen Jindal get bail

The court asked all the accused to furnish a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh
New Delhi: A special CBI court on Friday granted bail to the senior Congress leader and industrialist Naveen Jindal, former minister of state for coal Dasari Narayan Rao, former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda and others who had been facing trials in connection with a coal scam case.
The court asked all the accused to furnish a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh and a surety of like amount. It then fixed June 1 as the next date of hearing.
The court also directed the accused not to leave India without its prior permission. All the accused who appeared before the court on Friday, had moved separate bail application before the court.
The other accused who were granted bail are director of New Delhi Exim Pvt Ltd Suresh Singhal, director of Jindal Realty Pvt Ltd Rajeev Jain, directors of Gagan Sponge Iron Pvt Ltd Girish Kumar Suneja and Radha Krishna Saraf, managing director of Sow-bhagya Media Ltd K. Ramakrishna Prasad and chartered accountant Gyan Swaroop Garg.
