Karnataka High Court allows Hiba Exports India to recruit

However, the court made it clear that the firm should not issue any appointment letters to the selected candidates

BENGALURU: The high court on Saturday permitted M/s Hiba Exports India, a manpower consultant, to conduct interviews as proposed for recruitment of 125 nurses on April 26 subject to the result of the writ petition. However, the court made it clear that the firm should not issue any appointment letters to the selected candidates without the notice of the high court.

The high court also issued notice to the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs and to The Protector of Emigrants. The petitioner had approached the court after the Protector of Emigrants, Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, cancelled permission for recruiting Indian workers. The case has been posted for hearing on April 28.
