Chennai: Under attack over the land acquisition bill from various quarters, BJP national secretary P. Muralidhar Rao on Friday said only the AIADMK is able to discern the benefits of the bill. He however claimed that AIADMK’s support on the issue did not mean the parties are coming together.
The saffron party is on a mission to counter the opposition charge that this bill will be detrimental to farmers. In Tamil Nadu, many political parties including ally PMK, are opposed to the bill in the present form.
