Massive tremors in Nepal, Delhi that freaked out these Bollywood actors

Delhi: Massive tremors were felt across Northern India on Saturday morning that lasting over several minutes s from a 7.9-magnitude earthquake. Reportedly it has epicentred in Nepal's capital Kathmandu.

There was also panic in the capital as people were seen running out of their houses to safer grounds.

Bollywood actors Arjun Rampal and Mugdha Godse too felt the tremors.

Mugdha Godse tweeted, “ Just witnessed an earthquake in delhi Saket selectcity! Ran out of the building 'svelte hotel and personal suites' taking good care of us,”

Arjun Rampal who was also in Delhi said, “Freaky!!!! Felt the tremors of an earthquake here in Delhi.The whole room shook. My experience of a first earthquake.Hopefully the last one.”

Sambhavna Seth wrote, “OMG earthquake in delhi...we all ran out of our houses...unbelievable.”

Pooja Bhatt wrote, “Just felt tremors in Delhi! #earthquake.”

The news of the earthquake has shocked many people. Amitabh Bachchan, concerned about the situation wrote, " Seeing devastating pictures and news of the earthquake in Nepal ! Prayers that all is well and all are safe .. !!."

He also wrote

Director Madhur Bhandarkar tweeted, " Prayers for the people of Nepal and India affected by the #earthquake. Hope everyone is safe and no major damages and casualties."

Manoj Bajpayee who is in Siliguri to attend BBC Radio felicitation wrote, " At the bagdogra airport.people were running helter skelter.it was a scary sight at the airport."

In another tweet he wrote, " Cracks on the hotel walls in siliguri.staff says its safe to stay.meanwhile off to see the indo bangladesh border."
