No differences with Tamil Nadu, CM Chandrababu Naidu tells party MPs

The encounter cannot be described as a clash with Tamilians
Hyderabad: AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu told party MPs that the recent encounter at Seshachalam forest was between the special task force police and red sanders smugglers. It cannot be described as a clash with Tamilians.
Mr Naidu was speaking during a meeting with TD and BJP MPs from the state in Delhi on Tuesday. Referring to the encounter, he told them that AP and Tamil Nadu governments had no differences and were maintaining a cordial relationship since N.T. Rama Rao was Chief Minister. He said some people are trying to create fissures among Telugu and Tamil people by using the Seshachalam incident but it should be seen as purely a law and order issue.
In a significant development, Mr Naidu has asked all his MPs to support the Land Acquisition Act Amendment Bill and said development of the state should be the paramount importance for him.
