Bangladeshi hacker Tiger-M@te takes down Google Malaysia
The Malaysian website of Google was hacked for a short while
Google Malaysia was hacked by Bangladeshi hacker Tiger-M@te. When accessed, the website spins into a barrel roll and display the message as seen in the image below. WSJ reported that some users were redirected to the hacked website (see image below):

The website was soon restored back to the original version, which is seen as below:
Google Malaysia acknowledged that the service was disrupted for a while because of a DNS redirection. Google Malaysia spoke to WSJ stating that the website (google.com.my) was being redirected to different website.
At present the motive for the hack in unknown, but it is a similar case of the Google Vietnamese website hack in February.
