Kowen performs funeral by flushing goldfish before bursting into tears.
Children too grieve at a loss just as an adult. In this video, a little boy is seen expressing his grief at having to say goodbye to his dead pet goldfish, Top.
Brooke Geherman, from Alberta, Canada, posted a video of her young son Kowen, as reported in the Daily Mail.
The boy first flushed the fish down the toilet and then bursts into tears.
His mother comforts him as he cries on her shoulder, shrieking the name of the fish repeatedly with the realisation that he would never see Top again.
