Shah Rukh Khan begins first international schedule of 'Fan' in Croatia

The star was spotted on the streets of Dubrovnik city

Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan, who recently wrapped shooting for his film ‘Fan’ in Delhi has headed over to Croatia. The film crew has already begun the first international schedule of the film, in Dubrovnik city.

According to reports, Shah Rukh who will be seen in a double role, will be playing a superstar and a middle-class man who looks just like the star.

SRK recently admitted that shooting has been 'very hectic', but meeting people on sets and his TV contestants (Sabse Shaana Kaun?) make it worth a while. For those wondering what a 'hectic schedule' looks like, here's a hint from SRK himself, "I start 'Fan' by 1 pm and finish by 6 am and then I come here by 11.30-12 am and shoot till 11 pm before heading back to 'Fan'."

The film also marks the debut of actress Shriya Pilgaonkar, the daughter of TV star Sachin Pilgaonkar, and it will also feature model Waluscha De Souza.

As the film boasts of never-seen-before VFX, Red Chillies VFX along with YRF flew down prior to Shah Rukh’s arrival to set up before the shoot.

It was recently announced by Yash Raj Films, that the release date of the Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Fan’ has been postponed because the film will be using never-seen-before VFX.

Producer Aditya Chopra then offered the initial release date of ‘Fan’, August 14 to his good friend Karan Johar for the release of his film ‘Brothers’ which stars Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra. The release date will be announced soon.
