Brett Lee’s life after cricket – rock concerts, commentary and fishing

Former Oz speedster enjoys luxury hotels, delicious food, music

Mumbai: Though a fast bowler, he never came across one off the pitch. Unlike Dale Steyn, Brett Lee never had the anger on his face when in full tilt. The smile, even if he got whacked by the batsman, brought him a wicket in the next over. The pace legend, now retired, is living the life he once carried on his baggy green cap – of respect, and balancing leisure (music, fishing) with commentary.

Lee – who is active on social media – never misses to update his whereabouts.

Apart from holding the microphone in the ICC World Cup 2015, the former Australian cricketer is attending music concerts, enjoying warm stay at hotels and gorging on delicious food. Perfect life of a retired cricketer, isn’t it?

Lee went for the Cold Chisel – an Australian rock band – concert in between his World Cup duty too.

He posted a photo on Instagram of the concert from the stands.

In Adelaide, he was relaxing at The Bath (hotel).

Being a musician himself, he is freely strumming his guitar without the pressure of a cricket match and is also trying to introduce music therapy among children in India.
