Ayushmann saves the day

Ayushmann started humming a tune & Vibhu felt it would suit the scene they required

Ayushmann Khurrana has composed and sung the popular ghazal of Mirza Ghalib titled Dil-E-Nadaan for his film Hawaizaada, following which he has been credited as the music director of the same.

But there’s an interesting story behind this. A source from the team says, “The director and actor composed and recorded the song overnight, while the shoot was still in progress in Gondal, Gujarat. Ayushmann started humming a tune and Vibhu felt it would suit the scene that they required it for and was keen to shoot the song the very next day.

There were no instruments on the sets but they somehow managed to arrange for a guitar from a local. As it turned out that person is a fan of Ayushmann and readily agreed to lend his guitar. The pilot recorder recorded the song overnight and the very next day they shot the song.”
