Anushka Sharma's look for promotional 'Bombay Velvet' song revealed

Mumbai: As reported earlier, the Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Bombay Velvet’ team shot a special promotional song for the film. Here’s a sneak peak of Anushka Sharma’s look from the music video.
The actress can be seen sporting a stylish bob, with gem drop earrings. The film is set in the 60s and hence Anushka’s look in the film is very vintage.
The film is based on historian Gyan Prakash’s book ‘Mumbai Fables’, and tells the story of a street fighter (played by Ranbir Kapoor) and aspiring jazz musician Rosie (Anushka).
The romantic thriller is being presented by Fox Star Studios and has been produced by Phantom Films. It also stars Raveena Tandon and Karan Johar.
After numerous reports of the film’s release date being postponed due to post-production work, the maker’s has finally locked in a release date in May.
