CM Rao will attend the ‘Darbar’ at Keslapur on January 22 to hear the grievances

Adilabad: For the first time Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will attend the ‘Darbar’ at Keslapur on January 22 to hear the grievances of the adivasis. The practice dates back to 1940s when ethnologist Christoph Von Furer Haimondorf had introduced darbar at Nagoba temple to resolve the problems of the Adivasis who fought against the Nizam. Since then the practice has been continued.

Adilabad MP Gadam Nagesh said, ‘Mr Rao is the first CM to participate in the Darbar, though former Chief Ministers late NTR and N. Chandrababu Naidu visited the temple on some other occasions.
