IndiGo to set up a chain of hotels in Andhra Pradesh

Airbus to join hands with private airline during the setup

Hyderabad: Private airline IndiGo has expressed its interest in setting up an aviation university, a chain of hotels in Andhra Pradesh as well as increase air connectivity from existing airports in the state.

In partnership with Airbus, the IndiGo has also expressed willingness to set up a maintenance, repair, over-haul (MRO) facility and also make Andhra Pradesh an aviation hub.
All these assurances were given by the chairman of IndiGo Rahul Bhatia during a meeting with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday.
