Even as they’ve been shooting in Dubai for Welcome Back, Anil Kapoor and his co-star John Abraham have been bonding on another level as well. Anil was apparently overheard giving relationship advice to John, who announced his marriage to Priya Runchal last New Year’s Eve. From what we gather, Anil’s own three decade-long marriage with Sunita Kapoor is quite the inspiration to John, and the veteran actor has been telling the younger one all about the dos and don’ts of a truly successful married life.
“Anil and John have been friends for a long time. They spent a lot of time discussing family and relationships when they worked together on Shootout At Wadala. However, John wasn’t married to Priya at the time. But now, there’s an added dimension to their friendship as John really looks up to Anil when it comes to how he and Sunita Kapoor have survived the ups and downs of a high-profile marriage,” a source present at the scene reported.
