KOCHI: The State will explore the option of filing an appeal against the HC verdict asking the government to take a decision on giving permission for opening 10 more bar hotel in five days, excise minister K Babu told reporters on Friday.
The government will have to adhere to the verdict of the court, but, it would seek a legal opinion on the possibility of filing appeal, he said. Justice AV Ramakrishna Pillai has given five days more for the government to take a decision on this issue.
