While Rana Daggubati’s first Bollywood film, Dum Maro Dum, was nothing to write home about, he hopes that his next one, director Neeraj Pandey’s Baby, will fare better.
Though the film has two lead actresses, neither of them have been paired opposite Rana. Smiling, the actor says, “Yes! Neeraj conned me. I was very excited when I got a call for the role. It was mostly because I thought that I would be working opposite two beautiful ladies.”
Not disclosing much about the character, he adds, “Neeraj picked me as a stunt man… On a serious note, when I came on board, it was a matter of immense pleasure for me.
We shot madly in many mad places, performing mad actions. It is a tough role and strong and an intense character. It feels nice that he picked me.”
