Andhra Pradesh junior doctors continue strike

They want the state government to make them permanent postings
Visakhapatnam: Junior doctors of King George Hospital and a few other hospitals in the city continued their strike on Monday by boycotting their duties.
The junior doctors said that they have decided to continue their strike even as their counterparts in Telagana called it off. The doctors said that they are not against the mandatory rural services but want the state government to make them permanent postings.
With the junior doctors continuing their strike, patients of various government hospitals in the city have been suffering a lot.
“If the state government fails to address our long-pending demands, we will boycott emergency duties also in the coming days,” the junior doctors said.
