Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has been named the most searched celebrity by search engine Bing. If you were searching for a celebrity on Bing this year, there’s a good chance you were looking for Kim Kardashian.
Using data from Bing Trends, the site released its most popular searches of 2014, listing everything from top celebrity, athlete and news story searches to the Top Ten ice bucket challenges, and vacation destination searches.Women dominated Bing’s list of most searched celebrities, taking eight of the top ten spots. Kim Kardashian ranked No. 1, while her little sister broke into the top ten this year at No. 8.
The 34-year-old mother of one topped the list after beating the likes of Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry and Justin Bieber. Her sister Kendell Jenner also broke into the top ten this year at number eight.
This year Kardashian bagged limelights for her much-awaited wedding to Kanye West and more recently flashing her bare body for a magazine cover.
