K V Thomas have decided to join the ‘I’ group

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The supporters of senior Congress leaders K. V. Thomas and P. C. Chacko have decided to join the ‘I’ group following their talks with Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala.
For quite some time, Mr Thomas, Ernakulam MP and chairman of the Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee, had not been showing any interest in group politics.
But he has said that he would not be a party to any group meetings, but that his supporters would back the ‘I’ group.
