Spotted: Aamir Khan's son Junaid as an assistant director on 'p.k'

Mumbai: Aamir Khan's son, Junaid, was roped in as an assistant director for Raj Kumar Hirani's 'pk'. When the team started shooting the film in Rajasthan, Junaid too had joined the team and has been actively involved in the entire shoot, dutifully doing his assigned jobs.

In fact, on outdoor locations, Junaid didn't take up accomodation where his father Aamir was staying. Rather, he decided to mingle with other team members of the film and preferred to stay with them in humble accomodations.

Junaid was instrumental in organizing 'Junoon' a fundraiser celebrity cricket match in 2012, where Salman Khan, Rani Mukherji and other celebrities came together to show their support. He is aspring to become a director and what better learning ground than on the sets of 'pk', watching Raj Kumar Hirani and Aamir Khan in action.

He is featured in the making video however it isn't higlighted anywhere that he is Aamir's son. He has preferred to stay low-key on the sets and focus on his work. Last heard, he was being trained by Samir Jaura to get leaner and fitter, just like his papa.

We wonder if Junaid took a cue from his father's hit track from the 90's.
