Mumbai: Deepika Padukone’s fan following doesn’t just extend to commoners but to sports celebrities too. Especially, the ladies. Both Sania Mirza and Saina Nehwal have confessed that they would like her to play themselves on the big screen, should a biopic be made on their lives.
Both these girls have chosen her as she hails from a sports family and is quite sporty herself. We feel she would be more apt for a film on Saina’s life as she plays badminton too but are not sure whether she is tuned into tennis.
But on the other hand, given the fact that Sania has a glamourous personality, Deepika will be able to project that aspect well and emote the melodrama that happened during Sania’s wedding. Good choice we say!
