Mumbai: Neymar is probably used to taking time out to pose for pictures and sign autographs for his followers but not usually on the pitch.
However the Brazil star seemed more than happy to sign a Barcelona shirt after being approached by a pitch invader shortly after being substituted during his country’s 2-1 victory over Austria in Vienna.
One of the Catalan giant’s star men, Neymar took time out to pen his name on the fan's top after being approached but was halted by security. The pitch invader was quickly removed as stewards and security raced on to the Ernst Happel Stadium turf to apprehend the mischievous Neymar fan.
Rather amusingly, as the fan looked back at his idol, Brazil's No 10 made sure to return and throw the marker pen back in his direction. Brazil won the game 2-1 courtesy of Roberto Firmino's winning goal — the midfielder’s first international strike seven minutes from time.
