Ready to work with Telangana for a cause: Actor Suman

The actor is all praises for KCR for leading Telangana stir
Karimnagar: Telugu film actor Suman said that he was ready to work with the Telangana government for a good cause. He opined that public should cooperate with the government for witnessing growth in the newly-formed state.
He was speaking to newspersons here on Tuesday. He came to the city to take part in the shooting of ‘Tyagala Veena,’ a film on Telangana martyrs. The Opposition parties should play a constructive role but not hinder development programmes in the state by criticising the government at every stage, he suggested.
“Growth cannot be witnessed overnight. It is a continuous process,” he said.
The actor showered praises on Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao for spearheading the agitation for separate statehood and being successful in achieving the goal. “Separate Telangana has become a reality only due to the efforts of Mr Rao,” Mr Suman said.
“I always wanted justice to all regions in the state but
Telangana lagged behind in development. I found a gap in the development in Andhra and Telangana regions when I took part in several programmes on Karate held in different parts of Telangana since 1989.”
He urged the government to address the fluorosis problem in Nalgonda and poor employment opportunities in Telangana.
Describing the theme of ‘Tyagala Veena’, the actor said the film was based on the sacrifices for the cause of separate statehood by Telangana martyrs.
“The film will convey a message to students, youth, women and employees on the need to remember the sacrifices of martyrs,” he added.
