TD legislator A Revanth Reddy calls for MyHome probe

Revanth demanded a House Committee probe into illegal allotment of lands to the firm

Hyderabad: Senior TD legislator A. Revanth Reddy continued his tirade against MyHome real estate companies owned by Jupally Rameswara Rao on Monday.

He demanded a House Committee probe into illegal allotment of lands to the firm and a thorough discussion on the issue in the State Assembly.

Addressing a press conference, Mr Revanth Reddy alleged that several acres of government lands worth over Rs 1,000 crore were allotted to MyHome questioned the TRS Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s propriety to allot lands that were originally given to DLF developers.

“I have been raising the issue for quite some time and the government is silent over my allegations. Some are even questioning my credibility for not raising the issue recently. I am repeating that MyHome acquired lands illegally with the support of the CM. I am demanding a probe by the House Committee,” Mr Revanth Reddy said. He said MyHome started constructing apartments without obtaining any permissions.
