Stop onslaught of West: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat

For a Hindu no one is an outsider in Hindu society

Tumkur: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has emphasized the need to end the influence of western culture which is threatening to divide Hindu society. Delivering the keynote address at a Sant (Saint) Sammelan organised by Vishwa Hindu Parishat as part of its golden jubilee celebrations, Bhagwat said ‘Bharat’ is a model of spiritual unity and instead of following western culture, people should study their own culture in a proper manner.

‘We are believers in the concept of Vasudaiva Kutumbakam. For a Hindu no one is an outsider in Hindu society. Each religious section in India should make this concept clear to themselves.

They should educate everyone in their community about this liberal concept.” He also spoke of the need to eradicate evil systems including casteism and create awareness on ‘samskruti’.
